Jace turned his head to look into Alec’s eyes. “I never thought I’d fight on the opposite side of a battle from you,” he said. “Never.”

THE PARABATAI OATH
Whither thou goest, I will go; where thou diest, will I die, and there will I be buried: the Angel do so to me, and more also, if aught but death part thee and me.

Him: I am starting to get what the Jace/Alec shippers are on about.
Me: Well, Alec likes Jace. That’s canonical.
Him: No. It’s the weapons room.
Me: The what?
Him: The weapons room.
Me: What about it?
Him: Whenever Alec and Jace have to be offstage, they’re always “in the weapons room.” Everyone’s like “Where’s Alec and Jace?” “Oh, they’re in the weapons room.” Or “Alec and Jace had important business in the weapons room.” Or “Come, Alec!” cried Jace. “To the weapons room!”
Me: And you believe the weapons room is code for …?
Him: No one can spend that much time actually looking at weapons.

the blog isn’t dead. I haven’t posted in like a month simply because there hasn’t been new Jace/Alec posts lately, at least not that I’ve seen in the Jalec tag or the Alec Lightwood tag. I’ll gladly reblog when new posts appear, so it’s just a matter of waiting I guess :) I’m saying this because the blog has lost some followers lately and while I do understand that maybe it’s just because you don’t want to follow it anymore, I don’t want you guys to unfollow it just because you think I abandoned it. I’m always looking for more Jalec posts, I’m not planning on leaving this blog anytime soon and in the rare case that that happens, I will make a post about it first.
That’s all! Carry on.
